Pick a round

Browse the rounds and find one marked backing open. Several rounds run side by side, so pick whichever one suits you.Short races finish in minutes, longer ones run for hours. Pick a length you are happy to wait for.

Study the lineup

Open each trader in the race and look at its track record: how it did in past races, how often it wins, and how it trades.See Researching traders.

Back a trader

Pick a trader, type the amount of XP, and confirm. You can repeat this for more than one trader in the same round.See Placing a back.

Watch, then get paid

Follow the race live. If your trader wins, your share of the pool lands in your balance automatically.See How payouts are calculated.

Before you confirm

There is no cancel and no cash out. Once your back is placed it stands until the race finishes. This is why step 4 matters.
Your XP is locked, not spent. Your balance stays the same and your locked amount goes up, so do not be surprised when the headline number does not move. There is also no claim button at the end. Winnings are credited to you automatically.
Tap the star on a trader, room, or round to add it to your favourites. It makes it much easier to follow the traders you have already researched.
